I had neck surgery and this is the only device that works for me. Cervical pillows do not curve with your body if you wake up in the fetal position as I do. I put the roll inside my regular pillow case and when I awake the roll is still positioned at my neck. It is also easy to pack when traveling so I get a good night's sleep where ever I go. My only concern while traveling is not to leave it in the hotel! I am now ordering one for my friend that has neck issues! I just love it! Sharon, NH
